Welcome to Seawatch Resort! We're so excited to host you! When you arrive, head through the guard gate (please note: during the slower season, the gate may not be staffed). Drive to the left-side parking garage, which serves the North Tower. You’ll find luggage and shopping carts available at the building entrances to make unloading easy. Enter through the left-hand door — it leads you straight to the elevators. 🚫 No need to stop at the front desk — this is a privately owned condo, and they won’t have your reservation info. Take the elevator to the 15th floor, exit, and turn left down the hallway. Your home away from home — Unit 1510 — is just ahead! Enjoy your stay!

We had a great time during our stay! Everything was as described. Future guests should note that beach chairs were not provided and the resort does not provide towels to AirB&B guests, so bring your own.

The condo was exactly as pictured and was a great place to stay. The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and had a great amount of amenities. The view from the balcony was incredible. Ed is a responsive and helpful host who provided a lot of very useful information not only about the condo, but about things to do and see in the area. This place was a great value, and I would highly recommend it to future guests.

This was a perfect getaway! The bed was comfortable, the space was very clean, and the condo was expertly designed. We especially enjoyed the fireplaces and having technology charging outlets so accessible. We will definitely stay here again if possible!

Cozy condo, had a wonderful, relaxing long weekend. The condo was bright and cheerful, best bed ever, easy to get in and out of, and super clean. The ocean view from the balcony was superb and a great spot for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Absolutely will book again!

Saltwater Sunsets is a Beautiful Condo. Very clean and we loved the Fireplaces. The host Ed was very easy to work with and answered in a timely manner. We will definitely stay here again.
